Andre Doro
CEO and co-founder.

André Doro is a high-performance International Strategic Executive, results-driven with a successful track record as a CIO in global organizations (Embraer, Electrolux, Carrefour, Arezzo, BRFoods), and extensive knowledge of business processes across a variety of industries, including aerospace, manufacturing (lean manufacturing), consumer goods, retail, among others. He has provided C-Level services and management consulting to drive growth, profit, excellence, and positive organizational change.
Doro holds a degree in Computer Science, a postgraduate degree in Network Technology, a Master’s from UC Berkeley-USA, and an MBA in Finance. He also holds several other technical certifications (ITIL, COBIT, SixSigma, among others).
Finally, he has lived abroad several times (Sweden, France, USA), playing key roles in international companies across different cultures. He speaks Portuguese, English, and is able to bridge between Spanish and French.

Gustavo Escobar
COO and co-founder.

Gustavo Escobar has achieved concrete results in executing strategies and leading teams as Software Industrial Engineering Manager and General Factory Manager in global organizations (Safran, Ericsson, Idemia) and has a broad understanding of business processes across a range of operations (Finance, Engineering, Business Strategy, Sales, Logistics, Security).
He has held strategic positions as a transformation leader for global sectors (Security, Engineering Services, Telecom), being responsible for delivering aggressive savings and shaping long-term projects aimed at service quality, technological growth, and profitable results.
Gustavo holds a degree in Computer Science and has a Green Belt Lean Sigma certification.
Gustavo has over 20 years of experience working for international companies and is constantly networking with different cultures. He speaks Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
